For this piece I drew inspiration from Linda Lopez, a first-generation ceramicist from Vietnamese and Mexican descent who has a droopy colorful style. Linda’s pieces have droopy like sprigs on her vasels giving it a fluffy look. My style is a little campy and funny so I created a giant foot vase with droopy sprigs for hair and painted toe nails. .
